I have a MDA Vario 11 from T-Mobile on an 18 month contract. In the 12 months I have had it it has been changed 3 times & repaired in store at least 10 times! I am at my wits end. I have never had a phone as unreliable as this. I got it for business, & have lost count as to how many times it has let me down. I have spoken to others with this phone, & was surprised as to how many had the same problems. The staff in store has been excellent, but according to T-Mobile business support, as they have only changed it THREE times, they won't give me a totally different phone! ARRRGGGHHH!!!!!
