Solid built but can be a bit slippery when not careful; make sure you hold it right. Beautiful design, nice color combi and cool hidden camera. No doubt on the quality. There are a few things SE should have included like wifi, bigger display screen and keypads a bit hard. Software is pretty stable and it's an upgrade if you are not on SE latest A200 operating software; some tweak/improvement can be found in the Contact, search functions and text messaging functions. Overall is a great phone but the price you paid could have included the features mentioned above. 7 of 10 scoring.

Call quality worse than K850i, drops calls, cuts out, looses signal, crackles etc etc, Camera superb, calendar average but could be improved. I have a 5 year old Nokia which puts this to shame. Phone book unimaginative too. Sony Ericsson need to sort this out !

All i can say is that this handset is without a doubt the best sony ericcson ever released. From the camera, to menu themes, it absolutley fantastic. I really couldn't fault the phone at all. Its nice to see a sony, without the usual 'software' problems, like the w910i and the k8501. I know many people have issues with network software compatibility, but i have found that on T-Mobile, there seem to be no issues at all.

I am now on my 3rd C902, don't get me wrong the phone is great but the Orange software is not compatible. The phone is very slow when navigating through menus and from time to time it freezes so you've got to take out the battery to get it working again.

A great camera phone andanother classy phone from Sony Ericsson although the zoom keys on the K850i using on the keypad don't exist and that is a bit annoying

very good replacement for the k800i

i have been waiting a long time for a decent new phone to replace the k800i. i finally found the new c902 and what a phone it is.being a sony i soon got it set up to my requirements and the free 8gb memory card was a nice bonus from orange.the phone itself feels nice and solid and instead of an atari joystick in the middle it has a pushpad control and is a lot more responsive. the camera on the phone is excellent and so easy to use after a few test shots. the camera also has some nice touch screen buttons round its frame which are a nice touch.overall u will be very happy you chose the c902 as there is a lot of rubbish out there...
