IS THIS SAMSUNG'S BIGGEST ACHIVEMENT YET !
This phone is an amazing achivement for samsung and i think its one of the best phones ever to be made. The fantastic name 'tocco' relate to touch of the amazing colour screen. It only weighs 101g.The 5 megapixel camera has lots of feature like the smile detection. personally i think it is the best phone ever to be made.

A really amazing phone! The camra really lives upto its 5mp standard and I have taken some great photos. The call clatity is also very good and I have had no problems. Another thing I like is the keyboard which isn't qwerty, it's just normal which I find much easier.
I wasn't sure wether to buy this phone or not but I am very glad I did! I have had it for several weeks now and am still loving it! It really is a good phone and would recomend it to anyone and everyone!!
Thanks.

I like the phone now that I have mastered it but am disappointed in the lack of text animations etc and the fact that you can't add your own ringtones for messages, this part of it has let this phone down in my opinion.

The long awaited Samsung Tocco hit the maket with a big impact but then disapointment. When I saw the phone I said Yes Samsung have done it. Touch screen is excellent. Camera, As good as the Nokia N95 mobile phone, so far so good. But, but feedback tells another story, with enormous problem with the phone. Unable to hear properly, and after few seconds of conversation it just fades away. Very disappointed with the call clarity and why then a touch screen with no sat navigation enabled software. You may well ask, Next Follow on Model MayBe. I have heard samsung are releasing update software, perhaps?? But, but will the so called UK networks allow the software to be updated, I do not think so. Overall the price you pay for this Tocco, My option is the Non Touch Screen Nokia N958GB.

Yes, it looks good and yes it has a good camera (but let's face it-many new phones boast a 5 mega pixel camera these days) but I think this phone is merely more than a novelty with its touch screen.
The lack of customization, I feel, is its biggest downfall. It has no themes, and for the life of me I cannot find every picture shown when the phone is on hold elsewhere on the phone. I also think texting is difficult as is navigating the internet-and I have an Ipod Touch-something which navigates the internet much easier than this phone, so I will have to stick to areas with wi-fi-something the Tocco doesn't have anyway.
Don't buy this phone if you're into the idea of customizing your phones, or if you want something quick and reliable. I had a Nokia N95 before this and it was such a clever phone, I wish I had upgraded to the new N95, rather than thi phone, which has the looks..but nothing else.

I must have fallen for the oldest one in the book, but the "phone trainers" in the Orange shop told me this was a fantastic phone, but then again they are probably on commission so "sales assisstant" would be a better description. The touchscreen is quite awkward to use and is a little too sensitive, although the camera is 5 megapixel it is not that good. A Sony Ericsson 5 megapixel beats it hands down. The sound on a call can be good but can also be very tinny at times.
Give me back my Sony Ericsson.
