This is a fantastic phone better then sony ericsson 8.1 megapixel ,or the samsung 8.0 megapixel, about the sound come with 2 super speakers stereo sound 10/10 ,picture 9/10 video movies 9/10 you can buy a 8gb micro sd ,for less them £12 regarding the sony ericsson the same size memory card cost you double and the sound is less and if you want to watch a movie you can watch as mp4 with a dvd quality and Nokia done a brilliant job regarding the connections phone to tv in or tv out you can watch and see your movies in the tv from your phone ,the diference from nokia 95 to 96 its just the disign and the internal memory(16gb)at the moment in the market ,for me the nokias n95 or n96 they are the best ,there is no chance ,my nokia is the N95 silver with 8gb memory card ,price and quality the best they are NOKIAS,after sony ericsoon, and in third Samsung,i hope this can help you ,best regards to everyone.

Needed a phone with a bigger screen better volume on the (listen) side and better camera as unable to see the letters clearly on my k800i any more(old age creeping up,sight going)and what a difference all round. My first super nokia but it wont be my last!
Unworried by weight of the k8ooi? Well the n95 is only five grams heavier and arguably 5 times the phone.
Very user friendly when you get used to menu's and get your head round full capabilities of the phone.
You will want for nothing more in a phone !!! If you thought k800i was sophisticated then n95 will blow you away!!
Dubious as to whether to have n95 after some of the reviews I read particularly re: software failure but glad I went ahead and got one.The software issues seem to have been resolved as the man in my t mobile shop assured me and I have had no failures as yet in the 2 months I have owned the phone.
I investigate and report on building defects and the camera in the phone for this application is more than up to it(the camera on the k800i being 3.2 meg and the n95 being 5.0meg )
With internet capability and blue-tooth to boot as well ,it's a computer in your pocket as well as a music player and video player .
If you are out and about a lot from the office then I can think of no better phone.
If you are driving ,it is even loud enough through the speakers inbuilt, to hold a conversation (phone fixed in a dashboard holder of course ) without any need for" hands free paraphanalia"just slide up press speaker and talk!! Thats no more time than changing gear so is not dangerous!!
I have a 2gig memory card fitted and find it quite adequate for my needs including short video clip reports for defects.
The playback and definition of video roving defects and pause on a large plasma screen for scrutinisation is superb.Ideal for brainstorming meetings and even video conferencing!
You can also upload directly to your computer . If there is one fault it is battery life, just remember to charge it each night.
One last complaint!!
I am now into my fourth sliding hard - shell case the first one lasted just 2 days!!
My hard case on my k800i lasted 2 years and is still intact and saved the phone and screen from damage On- inumerable occasions.
I think the manufacturers need to get together with nokia and sort this out .THIS PHONE NEEDS A HARD CASE!!
4 cases in 2 months is not good is it?.That is in an empty pocket aswell ,no keys or coins in it!
Overall though , excellant!!

I had my N95 for 15 months before upgrading to the shockingly bad Samsung Tocco.
It did everything you would need a phone to do, the camera was very good, as was the music player as were the other applications, such as the one that enabled the user to view spreadsheets. The only problem I had with this phone was that it got damaged very easily and by the time my upgrade was due I was running to the shop with a phone which: had no flash for the camera-it just stopped working one day, a cracked front camera, a back that was held on by sticky tape as the plastic prongs had broken, a battery also held in by sticky tape as it kept falling out, buttons on the front which were now red and green rather than shiny silver-as the silver had peeled off and a volume/zoom button that had also given up. And all of this happened less than a year into me having the phone. And by the look of the new N95 it is going to face similar problems.
But you can't argue with the functions on the phone, or how easy it is to use, just be careful or face big damage.

I recieved my new Nokia N95 about 3 months ago. I had read various reviews, not all very complimentary, a lot complaining about poor battery life and flimsy back covers, but a friend had recently had one and was delighted, so I decided to give it a go. I haven't experienced any of the problems the reviews told me to expect, although if one opens lots of applications, without closing them before returning to standby, this can eat into battery life quite considerably. It has proved to be very sturdy, having been dropped a number of times, it has not been damaged, where as other phones i have owned would have been in bits. The camera is good, if a bit slow, if one was wanting to take pictures of a moving object or there is limited time to take your shot the delay between pressing the button and the camera reacting can be a problem. Alot of my previous Nokia phones didn't have the automatic key lock, fortunately it's been brought back on this model, it can also be set to activate when the keypad is open, a god send, having used 1000's of minutes dialling from my pocket.
I am generally very pleased with my N95 and would probobly have another one.
Why can't phone manufacturers make a waterproof phone, I have marine radios, how hard can it be?
