I have had this phone for 12 months and for the past 6 months it has been a nightmare. Initially I thought it was amazing as it looked really good and it was my first touch screen mobile phone and to be honest, for the first couple of months it worked fine, it was a bit slow but manageable. However, I then started to have serious problems with it and now the touch screen rarely works so I have had to give up texting because it takes about 15 minutes to send one short message. The alarm doesnt work either and for some reason, if I have the phone on for more than a few days then the dates dont even update! I am constantly turning my phone on and off to refresh it and I am forced to put it on charge every night as the battery doesnt last more than 24 hours. The phone has put me off getting another touch screen as I have lost all faith in them. Up until this point I have only had either Nokia's or Samsungs and this is the first LG phone for me and as soon as I am eligable for an upgrade, I will be going straight back to my old faithfuls, Samsung and Nokia, here I come.
