Slow as can be, alot of places no reception. The otter box they sell is even junkier you have to fight to get it out to answer calls, but will fall out for no reason. Crazy!! Mine fell out of box while on my tractor cutting grass and ran it over with the rear mower. phone was about 10 days old. Att charged me full price for everything. I would never buy that phone period. Andd ATT contract comes up they are gone....

Well where do I start, Lets begin with some basic information about my current iPhone, Its a 16GB 3gs, Got it on contract via o2 ahh yes, I was scammed well and truely by both o2 and the carphonewarehouse, Monthly bill is sposed to be £32 a month for 600 mins and 500 texts + free wifi ( not good value for money considering the other options, Sony ericssons satio, Nokia express music 5800 etc where you get unlimited texts and 700ish mins for about £30 a month) but hey it's an iPhone, it's going to cost more, but i wasent expecting to be charged £102 for the 2nd month I have had the contract, yes you heard me right £102, and I know for a fact I dident go over my mins or texts, so I have blocked any further o2 + carphonewarehouse transactions from going out of my account, All I can say is steer clear of o2 and the carphonewarehouse, they will rob you big time, so now I have a blacklisted iPhone which is barely 2months old, Just great, anyhow back to the phone it's self, First impressions where wow that's a neat bit of kit, However using the iPhone for 3 days problems aroused, firstly the phone would crash and completely freeze, I can't stand iTunes after installing it onto my laptop, Most decent apps will cost you money, external speaker is dreadful, camera is very poor, phone is rediculasly slow, yeah you kind of get my drift, basically the iPhone isn't as great as it's made out to be, it's just a fashion acessory, I personaly wouldent ever buy one again, But as much as I do slag it off, There are some good points, Hmm I like the operating system apple use, it's very tidy, there are countless apps for anything if your willing to shed some cash, the phone is nice to hold with a very nice responsive touch screen, and it looks good.

Personal opinion is, of your willing to pay a stupid amount each month and get hardly any minutes and texts or shed £450 for a new iPhone 3gs 8gb, and not get much back from it, and if you want it because it's made by apple and everyone wants one, then get it, but be prepared to be disapointed.

I'm signing a contract for a Sony Ericsson satio later this week, 1200 mins and unlimited texts £37.50 a month + unlimited Internet, what a bargain, that means I can get rid of this crappy iPhone for once in for all.

My advice, Dont get an iPhone, look at the alternatives, a million times more value for money.

this phone is excellent.it is full of great features,if thats not enough you can just download free appliications of the apple store or itunes.Being a 2mp camera its not the best but still really good.the huge screen makes photos fantastic,its also a shame it doesn record video,it makes up for t though by having a big memory capacity which can hold movies.this is definatly the first phone wich i have had which can play good quality movies on it.

Smart as a smartphone can be!

what I like about it the most is the slim design, it easily fits into your pocket and is easy to get out again. It also has a wide range of applications including the games whcih can be controled by moving the phone!, The downside is that it sometimes crashes and you have to take the battery out and put it back in.
